# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • It's ready in under 45 minutes, which means you can have something genuinely nourishing on the table without a fuss.
  • The celeriac brings an earthy depth that transforms simple vegetables into something that feels both comforting and sophisticated.
  • Every spoon carries that perfect balance of sweetness, earthiness, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.
02 -
  • Don't skip the step where you bloom the spices in oil—that one minute transforms them from dusty powder into something aromatic and alive.
  • Celeriac breaks down faster than you'd expect, so don't worry if your vegetables soften before 30 minutes; it's exactly when you want them.
03 -
  • Blend while the soup is still warm but not actively boiling; it's safer, easier, and creates a smoother texture.
  • If your immersion blender seems to be struggling, let the soup cool for five minutes—it makes blending effortless and means you get a genuinely silky result.
