# What You Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Caesar Salad

06 - 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
08 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
09 - 1 cup croutons

→ Assembly

10 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch
11 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
02 - Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
03 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Lay out tortillas. Divide Caesar salad mixture evenly among tortillas, placing in center of each. Top with sliced grilled chicken.
05 - Fold in sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
06 - Slice wraps in half if desired. Serve immediately.

# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • Everything comes together in less than half an hour, which means you can make it even on your busiest afternoons.
  • The combination of creamy dressing, salty parmesan, and crunchy croutons gives you texture in every bite without any fuss.
  • It feels indulgent but keeps you light enough that you won't need a nap afterward.
  • You can make the components ahead and assemble right before eating, so it works for meal prep or last minute guests.
02 -
  • If your chicken breasts are uneven in thickness, they will cook unevenly and you'll end up with dry edges and undercooked centers, so flatten them first.
  • Don't dress the salad more than a few minutes before assembling or the croutons will turn soggy and lose all their crunch.
  • Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in a dry pan or microwave so they roll without cracking.
03 -
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the chicken instead of guessing, it takes the worry out of whether it's done.
  • If you want extra garlic flavor, rub a cut clove directly on the tortilla before filling it.
  • For meal prep, pack the chicken and salad in separate containers and assemble the wraps fresh each day so they stay crisp.
